Our Story
From Military Service to Mission Support
KAI IT Solutions was founded on the belief that government customers deserve responsive partners who combine technical expertise, disciplined execution, and unwavering integrity. Drawing on military leadership and decades of enterprise technology experience, we support federal agencies, healthcare organizations, and commercial customers through secure IT solutions, operational support, workforce solutions, and medical supply capabilities.
Maurice Ayidiya, PhD
Dr. Maurice Ayidiya is the Founder and President of KAI IT Solutions LLC. He is a combat veteran, Air National Guard officer, and technology executive with more than two decades of experience supporting national security, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and mission-critical government operations. His leadership combines military discipline, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering dependable solutions for government and commercial clients.
As a former U.S. Army combat medic who served in Iraq and a commissioned officer in the Missouri Air National Guard, Dr. Ayidiya has built his career around service before self. He currently supports national security programs while maintaining a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, providing leadership across complex enterprise IT and cybersecurity environments.
Dr. Ayidiya holds a Doctor of Information Technology with a specialization in cybersecurity and has served in senior leadership roles supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and other federal organizations. His mission-focused philosophy emphasizes integrity, accountability, operational excellence, and building trusted partnerships that help customers accomplish critical objectives with confidence.

SBA Veteran Certifications Earned
KAI received SBA certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Veteran-Owned Small Business.
Medical Supply Capability Expanded
KAI Veterans Medical Supply was developed to support durable medical equipment, healthcare supply, and institutional procurement requirements.
Teaming and Subcontracting Strategy Launched
